Rebecca, an American who's been living in Jerusalem for a several months, has just split up with her boyfriend. She gets into a taxi, driven by Hanna, an Israeli. But Hanna has to go to the Free Zone in Jordan to collect a large sum of money that her husband's associate, The American, owes. Rebecca persuades Hannah to take her along. When they get to the Free Zone, Leila, a Palestinian woman, tells them that The American has gone and the money has disappeared...
