The transition from a system of vocal communication (radio) to a computerized system (GPS) has thrown work habits into chaos at the central station of a Brussels taxi company, a small family-run business. With this as her backdrop, the filmmaker follows the daily and nightly activities of the taxi industry: the company owners, telephone operators, drivers, and station managers. More than a documentary about the social and economic repercussions of this technological change, this film is above all a revealing portrait of a small group of people.
